Our Escape Rooms

Robert Quinlan invites you to “Check In” to one of his rooms.

303 Escape is not your typical Escape Room Company. We don’t have a different theme for each of our games. Each of our escape room games will feature one chapter of a continuous story. Your experience begins in the lobby and continues as you walk through the hallways of this old hotel.  

We take great pride in the fact that we have created a world that is creepy enough to satisfy most horror fans and yet is not so scary as to prevent those that are not fans of the horror genre from enjoying the experience.  

We offer a gripping narrative along with unique puzzles that will pull you deeper into the world of the Homicide Hotel. The set design, audio and lighting could be straight out of a Hollywood movie and will definitely leave a lasting impression.

You will have 1 hour to find clues, manipulate objects, and solve puzzles in order to escape before you become Robert’s next victim…

We currently have two games. Chapter 1 – Room 303 and Chapter 2 – The Dark Heart of the Hotel.

This is an immersive experience unlike like any other escape room in Colorado.
